Having Fun... Micro Fishing!

Cool front dropped temps and changed the pattern on us this morning. Fished Bethany Lakes in hopes of Bass but switched to Micro Fishing soon after arrival having seen no Bass.

Fished the Canal and caught a number of little fish including one little Bass on a  COAF Griffith’s Gnat, a Prince Nymph, and a BWO Dry Fly.

Only fished for about 30″ but the action was good. Even had to leave them biting as it was a “honey do” day… took care of the lawn, started the garden, changed the AC filters, and worked on the daughter’s car.

This took the rest of the day but did finish in time to breakout the Micro Fly Rod and hook a few more Bluegill/Sunfish!
