Where to Fish

Ray Hubbard

With more than 22,000 acres of water and 100 miles of shoreline, Ray Hubbard is an excellent destination for fishing and boating. On the north side of lake, above the I-30 bridge, largemouth bass make their home in the standing timber. Anglers can test their luck here or any of the points extending into the water.

Lake Lewisville

Picturesque and inviting, Lake Lewisville beckons anglers to come fish its abundant waters. Largemouth, spotted and striped bass, crappie and catfish can be found here, particularly in the standing timber coves and under bridges. Many professional guides are available to help you to learn the tricks of the lake.

Lake Tawakoni

Lake Tawakoni, which stretches across more than 36,000 acres, draws many visitors looking for a fun day on the water. Anglers can hook largemouth bass, catfish and crappie. To the south, Tawakoni State Park offers 78 multi-use campsites if you just need another day on this popular fishing spot.
